She is a native of Washington, DC were she studied at University of the District of Columbia and graduated with Bachelor of Science in Electro-Mechanical Engineering and an Associates of Applied Science in Electronics Engineering Technology. Studied at the University of Maryland University College and graduated with a Masters of Business Administration.

She is the CEO of DaeD Industries, LLC a Women Owned Cyber Security company providing services to federal, state and global industries. She has industry certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA and (ISC)2.
With over 25 years of experience in Information Technology/Cyber Security, she has worked for Fortune 500 Companies such as SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen and Northrop Grumman supporting Department of Defense mission assignments. She has held positions as Subject Matter Expert to the Deputy Director Chief Information Officer of the Navy at the Pentagon and led/trained teams as Deputy Program Manager and implemented and migrated networks as Technical lead. She has held leadership roles in the National Society of Black Engineers, Society of Women Engineers, Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) and Mocha Moms of Northern Prince Georges County. She was the April 2010 SEAS awards ceremony guest speaker at UDC and also chaired the Multinational Development of Women in Technology (MDWIT) Annual Conference 2009. She is currently completing her training as a Court Appointed Special Advocated (CASA), a volunteer appointed by judges to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children and youth in court and other settings. A CASA Volunteer acts as the voice of the child, offering another set of eyes and ears for the court.
She uses her "voice" to influence such cultural spheres in business, education, family and religion. Married to David Manley, they are currently raising their two sons in Prince Georges County Maryland.
Cedric Wilkerson is an executive leader with a world-class background with over 25 years in IT operations, global infrastructure, and project management. He received a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of the District of Columbia and continued his MBA studies at the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Wilkerson began his 20-year IT as a Network/Telecom manager for EKA, a cutting-edge disability company, where managed the corporate IT operations department. He has over 8 years at the law firm Hogan & Hartson, managing special IT projects, research department projects and with clients such as the National Associate of Women Judges. He served as IT Manager at DynCorp International headquarters for 4 years, commanding a team of IT professionals for corporate build outs, projects, service desk support and various special projects. He served as an IT Project Manager for United States Investigative Services, working on cutting edge projects with developers, creating unique products & solutions for clients. His most recent venture includes over 11 years of cyber security experience at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as a Senior Cyber Security Services Advisor.

Ivan M. Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Novel Applications of Vital Information, Inc. (Novel Applications, Inc.) and Chairman of Novel Applications Inc.'s Board of Directors. Mr Johnson started the company in July of 2004 and landed the company's first large subcontracts with SAIC supporting the ARMY INSCOM and several other DOD entities in 2005.
Mr. Johnson has since grown the company - with the support of his outstanding cast - to now have several contracts within the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community environment partnering with several large companies such as CACI, SAIC, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Oberon - Stanley, and L3 and revenues exceeding $4M. The company provides outstanding personnel that offer a stellar service to its customers and has built successful and long-lasting relationships. The company's focus is within the areas of Cyber Security, Information Assurance, Systems Integration, and Enterprise Architecture.
Mr. Johnson began his career in 1996 as a government employee at the National Security Agency (NSA) where he served as a Computer Scientist. While at NSA he completed his Masters Degree in Computer Science specializing in Artificial Intelligence at Johns Hopkins University. He became a government contractor in February of 2000 and supported customers at Army INSCOM, CIA, AFRL, NSA, and NCTC before he began overseeing operations at Novel Applications, Inc. on a full-time basis. In 2004, Mr. Johnson received his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute which he used to assist in the robust management he provided to the government customers he served. Mr. Johnson has a great deal of experience managing both large and small project as well as stepping in to turn-around troubled efforts.
In June of 2012, Mr. Johnson was sponsored by Lockheed Martin to attend the National Minority Supplier Diversity Council's (NMSDC) Advanced Management Education Program (AMEP) at the Northwestern University Kellogg Business School. This prestigious program covered business areas such as Financial Management, Business Management, Human Resources, Business and Strategic Planning.
Mr. Johnson is a firm believer that to whom much is given much is required. To that end, he is active in his community through both support as the chair of his Prince Hall masonic lodge's scholarship program, Budget and Technology Committee as well as supporting fundraising activities for a local inner-city high school Archbishop John Carroll.
