Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is the hub for all kinds of health-related activities, including free health assessments, and advice on using cardio equipment. Yoga, pilates, Zumba, rowing, spinning, and other classes are held in the dance studio. To use the Fitness Center for Fall 2021, you must make an appointment through IMLeagues three days in advance of your visit.  No walk-ups or touring of the Fitness Center will be allowed. Appointment time slots will be for 90 minutes workouts.

Recreation Services offer a wide range of sport and game opportunities with various levels of competition that range between beginner and intermediate levels for a wide range of involvement. To sign up for Fall 2021 e-sports tournaments, please use IMLeagues during designated times.

Group Exercise Programs

Work out in a group setting for extra motivation. Our classes cater to a wide range of interests, abilities, and times to suit your schedule. Each semester we offer several group fitness classes to students, faculty, and staff. Group Fitness is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.
