Dr. MolintasHenry Molintas, Ph.D., EAC Lead, Co-Founder & Vice President of Joshua Engineering LLC

 

Dr. Henry Molintas has a PhD in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland with focus on thermo-fluids systems and combustion. His master’s is centered on manufacturing and design of electro-mechanical engineering systems. As chief engineer, he conducts research in metal casting for the Department of Defense and is currently driving the technical growth in automation, research and engineering development at Joshua Engineering. He is also currently serving as adjunct professor of kinematics and dynamics of machinery, engineering measurements and heat transfer at the University of the District of Columbia (UDC). Prior to joining Joshua Engineering, Dr. Molintas served the US Navy for over 25 years where he was involved in research, engineering, manufacturing & program management efforts for the construction and modernization of US Navy ships.

Mr. DudleyJacolahn Dudley, Campus Relation Recruiter, Lockheed Martin

 

Jacolahn Dudley is currently a Campus Recruiter for Lockheed Martin on the University Relations and Recruiting team. In this role Jacolahn supports the engagement of Minority Serving Institutions (MSI), specifically working with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) around the country to increase early talent pipelines. Jacolahn is a native Texan and is also an HBCU graduate. Jacolahn attended Prairie View A&M University where he received his BA in Political Science and his M. Ed in Education Administration.

Dr. HillPatrick Hill, Ph.D., Parker Solar Probe project manager, Space Department, Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory

 

In this role, he is responsible for the successful execution of APL’s multi-billion portfolio of NASA programs. Prior to this role, he served as Project Manager for NASA’s Parker Solar Probe (PSP) Mission, where he successfully led his project team through the development, integration, testing, launch and operation of the PSP flight observatory. Hill joined APL after working in commercial space satellite development, integration, and testing.

Mr. FaulconerMr. Walter Faulconer, President, Faulconer Consulting Group (FCG) LLC , Member of the NOAA Science Advisory Board as well as the NASA JPL Science Advisory Board

FCG provides a deep bench of advisors and subject matter experts that are supporting commercial, national security, and civil space clients. Walt was a 2-term member of the NOAA Science Advisory Board and the Executive Secretary for the Department of Defense Strategic Capabilities Office Advisory Group. He manages NASA’s Flight Project Development Program to develop the next generation project managers and leaders. Previously he served as a past Executive Vice President of the American Astronautical Society and on the Constellation Program Standing Review Board for NASA.

Dr. MoylanShawn Moylan, Ph.D., Mechanical Engineer and Project Leader, at the Intersection of Manufacturing, Research, and Public policy

 

Dr. Shawan managed project of $1.75M with 6 staff members and several contractors and student interns. He led and coordinated the development of AM standards among multiple standards developing organizations and key AM stakeholders.

Ms. PourciauMs. Michelle Pourciau, Former Director, Department of Transportation, Baltimore, MD

 

Ms. Pourciau is a change agent with over 30 years of experience planning, creating, executing, and leading programs and projects that modernize and improve infrastructure and grow companies and cities. Ms. Pourciau established the Mid-Atlantic office of Sigma Associates, Inc., a Midwest engineering firm that grew to include contracts with DC Water, DDOT, WSSC and other Federal, local and private clients. She served as Vice President at McKissack & McKissack, a prominent Washington DC architecture and engineering firm where she established the Transportation Practice and the West Coast presence. Ms. Pourciau also led External Affairs at the University of the District of Columbia. She started her career with Fairfax County. She also served as a Director for American Traffic Solutions.

Dr. PriceJack Price, Ph.D., Director of Research, Naval Surface Warfare Center, West Bethesda, MD

 

Dr. Jack L. Price provides vision for the role of Science and Technology (S&T) in developing future Maritime needs. He is the Division’s lead for the oversight, planning, and execution of the internal directed research program (ILIR) and the Division Technical POC for S&T funding agencies (ONR, DARPA, etc.). In addition, he is responsible for overall S&T strategic planning. Before that, he was the Director of Innovation and Collaboration for the Platform Integrity Department at Carderock.

Dr. RhimYo-Rhin Rhim, Ph.D., Senior Staff Scientist at Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory

 

Dr. Yo-Rhin Rhim is a senior staff scientist whose research focuses on materials for extreme environments, including high-temperature materials, multifunctional coatings, and battery technology. Her recent work includes developing novel pyrotechnic, cathode, and electrolyte materials for high-powered thermal batteries; developing reactive coatings for detection; and exploring materials solutions for high-temperature materials.
