About the Graduate Student Government Association
The graduate students of the University of the District of Columbia shall work both collectively and individually to exchange ideas, share wisdom, and maintain a creative environment for achieving academic excellence and developing a viable University. Toward these ends, the Graduate Student Government Association of the University of the District of Columbia shall address the concerns and represent and serve as the protectorate of the graduate student body's welfare and those organizations functioning to serve the needs and interests of graduate students. Therefore, the Graduate Student Government Association of the University of the District of Columbia does hereby accept the trust and privileges vested in it by the Board of Trustees Charter Resolution Number 81-41, and, as a means for exercising these powers, does hereby formulate and establish the Constitution and By-laws.
