What We Do

The Office of the Registrar is here to provide services to you, the university community and external agencies alike while ensuring to maintain:

  • Consistent implementation of District, federal and university policies and procedures
  • Alignment with American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) guidelines
  • Institutional credibility through the appropriate maintenance of student information and records
  • Student certification for graduation

The Office of the Registrar provides a wide variety of services, including:

  • Registration and scheduling adjustments
  • Transcript maintenance and distribution
  • Enrollment
  • Student records management
  • Dissemination and maintenance of student demographic data and directories

Registering for classes at an undergraduate or graduate level can be an involved process, but the Office of the Registrar is here to help! If you have any questions concerning your academic program or need help with your registration process, please contact your advisor

Requests for Services

The Office of the Registrar provides support and assistance to students, faculty, and staff on various academic matters. This includes answering questions, providing guidance on academic policies, and offering resources to help students succeed.

Auditing Courses

Interested in auditing a course? First, you must receive approval from the appropriate instructor or department chair. To qualify for auditing a course, your instructor must assign you a grade of "AU."

In accordance with the course load limitations, audited courses will count as a part of your course load. However, in regard to regulations requiring full-time status, audited courses will NOT be counted as a part of your course load.
