Goals of the Code of Student Conduct

  • Establishes policies, behavioral expectations, rules, and regulations for all students
  • Sets behavioral expectations for civility, integrity, and ethics
  • Defines due process for handling violations
  • Identifies possible sanctions
  • The highest priority is to maintain the intellectual and educational climate of the University
  • This document protects the physical, mental health, safety, and welfare of each member of the University
  • The code ensures students’ privacy rights consistent with the Family Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA)

Virtual Corner

  • Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, all student conduct matters will be conducted virtually, either via ZOOM, Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or telephone via Facetime until further notice. If you have a conduct matter, please refer to communications sent to you from the Office of Student Conduct for details regarding virtual mediation or hearing dates, and login information.
