Maxwell A. FrostUDC will hold its 46th annual Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Walter Washington Convention Center. Congressman Maxwell A. Frost will give the keynote address. As the first member of Generation Z (the generation born in the late 1990s or the early 21st century) to be elected to the U.S. House of Representatives—and a person of Afro-Latino descent—Congressman Frost brings a fresh, progressive perspective to an institution formerly out of reach for young, working Black and Latino Americans. Read More
