The University of the District of Columbia Speech and Hearing Clinic provides provides comprehensive speech, language, and hearing services to the DC Metropolitan community. Services include articulation, language, voice, fluency, post-stroke and head injury intervention, gender-affirming voice services, cognitive communication disorders, and more. UDC STEM Center for Research and Development
The STEM Center offers workshops, research opportunities, seminars, and community outreach to empower future STEM leaders. It supports students and faculty through mentorship, funding, and participation in national conferences, fostering a collaborative environment for advancing STEM education and research.

UDC’s First Cohort of Beckman Scholars for 2024
The University of the District of Columbia is excited to announce its inaugural cohort of Beckman Scholars for 2024, marking the launch of the prestigious Beckman Scholars Program at UDC. Generously funded by the Arnold & Mabel Beckman Foundation, this program is a testament to our commitment to advancing scientific research. We are proud to introduce the two scholars who have demonstrated exceptional promise and commitment to scientific inquiry – Harry Martinez-Santos and Adrion Celey.
